Fish clinches Hall of Fame Tennis Championships top seeding

The $500,000 Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, an ATP 250 event, takes place this week in Newport, Rhode Island. American player Mardy Fish secured the top seeding on this event followed by two-time defending champion Fabrice Santoro of France.
