The $700,000 Bank of the West Classic, a WTA Premier tournament, takes place this week in Stanford, California. Eight of the world’s top 15 players are entered in this event including sisters Serena and Venus Williams who are the top two seeds. Defending champion Aleksandra Wozniak is also entered in this tournament.
