2011 marks the 20th year of the PTT Pattaya Open, a $220,000 WTA International tournament that’s being held annually at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand. The Pattaya Open stars on February 6, 2011 until February 13, 2011.
Players that are expected to take part at the PTT Pattaya Open 2011 include Thai bet and 2010 runner-up Tamarine Tanasugarn, Daniela Hantuchova, Maria Kirilenko, former world number one Ana Ivanovic and current world number three Vera Zvonareva.
The PTT Pattaya Open has been chosen by WTA Tour players at the “Tournament of the Year” amongst the International series events in 2010, a feat that is definitely something to be proud of.
