Novak Djokovic’s Gluten-Free Diet Secret remains intact

Novak Djokovic has gained more media interest following his revelation that he’s currently adopting a special, gluten-free diet. As per various sites, gluten usually exists on bread and pasta and the world number has just discovered that he’s allergic to gluten. In fact, he has credited this diet for his outstanding performance so far this season – having gone 41-0 as of this writing. Within a span of five months, the Serbian tennis star has acquired seven titles – the Australian Open, Dubai Tennis Championships, Indian Wells, Miami Masters, Serbia Open, Madrid Masters and Rome Masters.

The world number two now has to deal with constant inquiries by the press about this “Super Gluten-Free Diet.” He seems to know how to deal with such – that is, just say NO to specific details.

“Because it’s private. There are some things I can speak about; there are some things I can’t,” he said.

He did place some logic on his answer.

“I can tell you who is my girlfriend, but I cannot tell you what I do with my girlfriend. This is a difference,” the 24-year old Serbian added.
