World number one Rafael Nadal reached the fourth round of the Roland Garros 2011 tournament on Saturday after easily dispatching qualifier Antonio Veic of Croatia 6-1, 6-3, 6-0.
The five-time French Open champion was pushed to his first fifth set match at Roland Garros during his opening match against American John Isner. However, this time, the Spaniard was in his element, only commiting 18 unforced errors and breaking his opponent’s serve 9 times.
Nadal’s next opponent will be the winner between Ivan Ljubicic vs Fernando Verdasco match which takes place later in the day.
