World number four Andy Murray has reached a familiar stage once more at the Wimbledon 2011 Championships after beating Feliciano Lopez of Spain 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 on Wednesday. The win earned Murray his third straight semifinal at the grasscourt Slam.
Murray is attempting to become the first homegrown player to win the Wimbledon title since 1936. Last year, he was eliminated by top-ranked Rafael Nadal at the semifinals. On Friday, he will face again the Spaniard for a spot in the finals.
