Top-seeded and defending champion Mardy Fish will meet a familiar foe in the final of the 2011 Atlanta Tennis Championships. The world number 9 will face John Isner to set up a rematch of last year’s title match.
Fish eliminated fellow American Ryan Harrison in the semifinals. Fish has yet to lose a set in this tournament. Isner outlasted Gilles Muller of Luxembourg in three sets.
Isner, one of the tallest players on tour, won the Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships two weeks ago and is on a winning streak and may earn back to back titles should he succeed in the Sunday’s final.
