Tennessee-native Brian Baker continues his magnificent comeback at the 2012 Wimbledon Championships by posting his sixth consecutive victory at the All England Club. Baker was granted a wildcard through qualifying and since then the American proved that he deserved a spot in the main draw.
Kohlscreiber is not to be underestimated, however. The German has won a grasscourt event at last year’s Gerry Weber Open and as defending champion, Kohlschreiber eliminated Rafael Nadal two weeks ago at the same event and also defeated the person who eliminated the two-time Wimbledon champion this year – Lukas Rosol of the Czech Republic. The German will be very motivated to finally reach his first quarterfinal in a major event.
