The 2012 Rogers Cup begins this week with high caliber tennis action from both the WTA and ATP tour stars. After the gruelling Olympics 2012 tennis competition in London, the participants fly to the cities of Toronto and Montreal to take part in this prestigious tennis event. Last year’s champions were Serena Williams (women) and Novak Djokovic (men). For this year, Olympics 2012 singles and doubles gold medalist Serena Williams has opted to skip the event.
