Top-ranked Djokovic faces tough field in Dubai Tennis Championships 2013

World number one Novak Djokovic returns to tennis action since his successful Australian Open title defense in January. The Serb will take part this week as the top seed of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships 2013.

“It’s one of the toughest tournaments on the ATP World Tour, because of the fields over the past 10 years,” said Djokovic.

“It is very well known for top players coming here and playing their best. I won it three times in a row. I feel great here and have a lot of support from Serbians,” he added.

Djokovic will face compatriot and fried Viktor Troicki in the first round on Tuesday.
