Tennis superstar sisters Serena and Williams will be participating at this year’s Rogers Cup and will also be featured in a doubles exhibition match against former top-ranked Monica Seles and up and coming Canadian Eugenie Bouchard.
The exhibition doubles match will take place at the Rexall Centre’s Center Court on August 5, 2013 during the opening night of the Rogers Cup tournament.
Seles, a nine-time Grand Slam singles titlist who was inducted into the Rogers Cup Hall of Fame in 2009, will be pairing with Bouchard, a 2012 Wimbledon juniors singles champion who recently made into the world’s top 70.
In a statement, Roland Garros 2013 champion Serena Williams said that she’s looking forward to the upcoming match against one of the tennis greats.
