Defending champion Czech Republic to face Serbia in Davis Cup final

Defending champion Czech Republic completed an unassailable 3-0 lead against Argentina to secure a place once more at the Davis Cup final. The Czech team will face 2010 Champion Serbia in the final from November 15 to 17 that will be staged in Belgrade, Serbia. Argentina went on to win the two dead singles rubbers on Sunday.

“We played a great game,” said world number six Tomas Berdych. “Everything was in the right place today. We didn’t drop a serve. We were taking our chances.”

“It feels great; this competition means a lot to us. We would like to keep that trophy because it’s beautiful,” said Radek Stepanek.
