Tim Henman believes Andy Murray will win more Grand Slam titles

Former British number one player Tim Henman believes that world number three Andy Murray will win more Grand Slam in his career and added that he’ll win again at Wimbledon. Murray finally ended Britain’s 77-year wait for a homegrown male champion at the All England Club.

Henman, a four-time Wimbledon semifinalist who reached a career-high number four when he was active on tour, is one of the avid supporters of Murray. Murray announced this week that he will be skipping the Asian leg of tournaments because he will be having a minor surgery on his back. It remains unclear whether he’ll compete at Paris Masters and the ATP World Tour Finals where he already qualified.

“If you win Wimbledon once, you can win it again,” Henmanwas quoted as saying.

“It’s a phenomenal achievement to win it. I’ve always said throughout his whole career he won’t just win one slam, he’ll win many slams.

“Fingers crossed he’ll bounce back from his injury and win again at Wimbledon.

“This back problem had been bothering him for a long time but it must be really bothering him to have surgery.

“However minor the surgeries it affects you and takes time to come back but if he’s patient he’ll be back to his best soon.”
