The Los Angeles Auto Show this week was graced by a tennis beauty in the name of Maria Sharapova. The Russian tennis star attended the event to help launch the Porsche Macan at the auto show on Wednesday.
Sharapova has been giving updates about her preparation for the event and tweeted about it via her official account:
“Rehearsing for the unveiling of the @Porsche Macan, top secret stuff 🙂 #cars #boytoys,” she tweeted.
“Here we go, reading the script pre-game time, @Porsche #PorscheMacan,” Sharapova also tweeted which she accompanied by a photo of her at the event.
Earlier this year, Sharapova signed a lucrative three-year contract with the luxury carmaker where will serve as the brand ambassador. She became the first global endorser of the German automaker. This marked her second automobile endorsement. Back in 2006, Sharapova had a three-yaer deal with Land Rover.
“I have had the privilege to become associated with some of the best brands in the world,” Sharapova said at that time. “And now, to be partners with Porsche, it is such an amazing honour.”
