Stanislas Wawrinka, Richard Gasquet complete ATP World Tour Finals 2013 field

The eight players competing at next week’s ATP World Tour Finals 2013 tournament at London, Great Britain have been determined. The final two slots have been filled by Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland and Richard Gasquet of France. This was known after London hopeful Milos Raonic of Canada lost in the third round of Paris Masters earlier this week.

The final eight players competing at the year-end elite tournament are World No. 1 Rafael Nadal, defending champion Novak Djokovic, David Ferrer, Juan Martin del Potro, Tomas Berdych, six-time winner Roger Federer, Wawrinka and Gasquet. Wimbledon champion Andy Murray of Great Britain qualified earlier this year but had to pull out after undergoing back surgery.

This will be Wawrinka’s first time to compete at the ATP World Tour Finals. For the first time, there will be two Swiss players competing at this event. Richard Gasquet has competed in the past, when the ATP World Tour Finals was staged in Shanghai six years ago.

The ATP World Tour Finals takes place from November 4 to 11 at The O2 in London.
