Here’s the WTA Tour Rankings 2014 as of January 27. Serena Williams retains the top ranking and is more than 6,000 points ahead the competition. Victoria Azarenka remains number two but loses significant ranking points and is now just 11 points ahead of Australian Open 2014 champion Li Na who rose once more to world number three. Maria Sharapova drops to number after failing to defend the semifinal points from last year.
