Grigor Dimitrov wins 2nd title of 2014 in Bucharest, Romania

Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria won his second title of the 2014 season on Sunday after unseating defending champion Lukas Rosol of Czech Republic at the BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy final 7-6, 6-1. Dimitrov did not lost a single set in all four matches contested this week.

The top seed earned 250 ranking points and $77,315 in prize money. In February, the 16th-ranked star won the ATP 500 Abierto Mexicano Telcel title.

Rosol won his lone career title so far in this event a year ago and was looking to extend the streak but was stopped in 58 minutes in the title match. He will lose ranking points earned from last year and will settle with 150 ranking points and $40,720 in prize money.
