French, Swiss teams remains unchaged for Davis Cup 2014 Final

The players for Team France and Team Switzerland for the upcoming Davis Cup 2014 final in Lille have been named. The roster remains unchanged from the last time the line-ups were revealed.

The French team is comprised of Jo-Wilfred Tsonga, Gael Monfils, Julien Benneteau and Richard Gasquet. Gilles Simon, the third highest-ranked French player will be on call as replacement.

The Swiss team is comprised of Roger Federer, Stanislas Wawrinka, Marco Chiudinelli and Michael Lammer. This is the same line-up for the past four ties played by Switzerland.

“From that standpoint, this announcement doesn’t mean anything to me. I’m more focused on who’s going to play opening Friday against me. That’s the only focus I really have right now.”

The France vs Switzerland Davis Cup 2014 Final will take place from November 21 to 23 at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy and will be contested in indoor claycourts.
