“The ATP strongly condemns the publication of any private medical information that unfairly calls into question the integrity of its players. All player Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) applications are processed in accordance with the rules of the Tennis Anti-Doping Programme, which is entirely WADA compliant. The recent publication of players’ medical information constitutes a violation of privacy, where no rules have been broken. The ATP remains fully committed to ensuring a level playing field and a clean sport for our players, tournaments and fans.”
