The 2014 US Open Championships Winners List is available here. The last Grand Slam event of the season begins on August 25 and concludes on September 8 at Flushing, New York. The winners of the singles events will each receive $3 million, a record-setting figure for the tournament. Rafael Nadal of Spain and Serena Williams of United States won the men’s singles and women’s singles titles respectively. Both players also won an additional $1 million paycheck for winning the US Open Series standings to pocket record setting prize monies of $3.6 million each.
