These two teams reached the World Group quarterfinals after Germany defeated Austria (3-2) and Spain ousting Serbia (4-1) in the first round matches. The Germany-Spain match will take place at the Plaza de Toros de Puerto Banus in Marbella from July 10 – 12, 2009.
