Americans Querrey-Isner win Rome Masters 2011 Doubles Title

Americans Sam Querrey and John Isner earned their biggest doubles titles to date after clinching the Rome Masters 2011 Doubles title without breaking a sweat.

Their final opponents, compatriots Andy Roddick and Mardy Fish, were forced to withdraw prior to the start of the match after Roddick cited a right shoulder injury which makes it hard to play.

The duo reached the same stage last year but lost to the Bryan brothers. This time, they have the trophy on their hands plus €134,500 in prize money.
