Andy Murray produced a straight sets victory over Michael Berrer of Germany 6-2, 6-3, 6-2 at the third round of Roland Garros 2011 despite an ankle trouble early in the match.
In the fourth game of the 2nd set, the British tennis star experienced ankle pains. However, he decided to continue with the match which turned out to be a good decision for him.
His fitness for the upcoming fourth round match against Viktor Troicki is now in doubt. Troicki, the tournament’s 15th seed, will have more experience than Berrer and will now have the chance to take advantage of the situation.
