Wimbledon 2011: Andy Murray to do the “right” things to clinch elusive grasscourt Slam

With the host nation still waiting for a local player to win the prestigious Wimbledon title, Britain’s Andy Murray certainly feels the pressure of performing well in this grasscourt Slam – scheduled to begin in two weeks time. The world number four believes that if he does things “right” then he will hoist the championship trophy when Wimbledon 2011 tournament ends.

Murray posted his best performance at the Roland Garros by reaching the semifinals and he lost against five-time champion Rafael Nadal. He’s now heading to London in preparation for the first grasscourt tournament at The Queen’s Club.
“I have to prepare now the next two weeks like I’m going to be the Wimbledon champion, that’s the only way to get there. I have to treat myself like I am going to win Wimbledon,” Murray was quoted as saying.

“I need to do all the right things, practise the right way and the way that I need to play to win Wimbledon – not how Novak plays or how Roger plays, how my game will win Wimbledon,” he added.
