Defending Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic will play against two-time runner-up Andy Murray at the semifinals of the 2012 Australian Open tournament. The two tennis greats have faced each other last year in the final with Djokovic winning the match, leaving Murray still searching for his first Grand Slam title.
Djokovic leads the head-to-head series record against Murray with 6-4. Their last meeting was at the final of the 2011 Cincinnati Masters where Murray won after the world number one retired from the match.
