The 2012 Wimbledon Championships has begun this week with the qualifying matches already underway. The Wimbledon qualifying matches started on June 18 and is expected to end on the 21st. Meanwhile, the seedings will be announced on June 20 – Wednesday. The main draw will be finalized on June 22, Friday. The main draw matches officially start on June 25.
The ladies’ singles final will take place on July 7 Saturday, while the men’s singles final is scheduled on July 8. The All England Club is optimistic that the weather will cooperate during these times in order for the smooth order of play at The Championships.
