The Nadal vs Harrison 2013 US Open Tennis Championships first round match will take place on August 26, Monday at the Arthur Ashe Stadium. The match is the last scheduled match of the day session and will commence after the Flipkens vs Williams match.
Rafael Nadal is arguably the best player of the season and he’s the overwhelming favorite to subdue Harrison. Nadal enters the US Open with back to back hardcourt ATP Masters titles in Montreal and Cincinnati. The Spaniard world number two could leave the tournament as world number one if he goes as far as the final.
This is the second Nadal vs Harrison match with the Mallorcan winning their lone encounter at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells earlier this year.
