Rafael Nadal leads list of time violators on ATP Tour this 2013 season

World number one Rafael Nadal topped the list of time violators on the ATP Tour this year. At the start of the season, the ATP has called the chair umpires to step up and call more time violations in a bid to stop slow play of servers.
