The 2014 Barclays ATP World Tour Finals Tennis tickets are now on public sale. This was announced by ATP recently. Tennis aficionados from all over the globe can purchase their tickets at this prestigious season-ending tournament which runs from November 9 to 16 at The O2 in London. This ATP 1500 event features the world’s top eight singles and doubles teams.
The eight qualifications sports are still up for grabs in both singles and doubles since it is still the early part of the season. However, fans will certainly expect the current world top four players – Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Stanislas Wawrinka and Roger Federer to have a strong chance of securing their places early on.
“The ATP World Tour is as exciting as ever with the world’s best players captivating fans worldwide as they battle for Emirates ATP Rankings points in the Race to London,” said Chris Kermode, ATP Executive Chairman & President. “Our season-ending event has had incredible support from fans in the UK and around the world, with more than 260,000 fans coming to the tournament last year. This year’s event will once again give fans a highly-coveted opportunity to witness the electrifying climax to the season in London.”
The ATP World Tour Finals has a rich history and has been held in major cities suchas Tokyo, Lisbon, Sydney and Shanghai. The tournament has since been hosted in London since 2009.
