A local case of coronavirus (COVID-19) confirmed by the Riverside County Public Health Department has led to the cancellation of this week’s BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells. BNP Paribas Open is an Masters 1000 (ATP) and Premier Mandatory (WTA) event.
Among those who have reacted with the cancellation is three-time Indian Wells champion Rafael Nadal.
