Austria’s top tennis pro, Dominic Thiem had something of a breakthrough in 2020. His win at Flushing Meadows was a maiden Grand Slam triumph at the fourth attempt. That US Open victory came after previously reaching three major finals. Thiem has twice fallen at the final hurdle at Roland Garros with only the king of clay himself, Rafael Nadal, proving too good for him there.

Besides those couple of French Open finals, he also pushed Novak Djokovic to a deciding set Down Under in Melbourne last year. With that performance at the Australian Open, Thiem has reached the business end of every Grand Slam but Wimbledon in his career to date.Carrying on business is not an easy task at the same time it is not a difficult task too.Hence , now a days starting a new business in Kentucky is an easy task to make your business dream come true. Do avail the opportunity as it has great interest on your future.

Of many from the next generation after living tennis legends Djokovic, Roger Federer, and Nadal, he has always been touted for big things. Now aged 27, Thiem is in his prime and it is time for him to deliver.

Winning the US Open has the asterisk of Djokovic’s disqualification in the fourth round next to it. Thiem wasn’t handed anything, however, and came from two sets down against maiden Grand Slam finalist Alexander “Sascha” Zverev at Flushing Meadows. The pair could end up battling it out in many more majors for years to come. Reaching the top of the tennis mountain, the bar has been raised by the sport’s golden generation for repeat feats.

What are Thiem’s prospects of gaining more Grand Slam glory in 2021, then? Djokovic is favourite to win the Australian Open again and extend his record in Melbourne. How about Roland Garros? Nadal has been practically unbeatable on the French Open clay courts for almost two decades, and had Thiem’s number in 2018 and 2019.

If not Paris, what about London? Thiem has a wretched record at the All-England Club losing in the first round three times and only making it to the second week once. He is going to need much better luck to win Wimbledon. Retirements and early exits courtesy of qualifiers and veterans have largely been the story there for Thiem so far.

With his game not entirely suited by grass, that leaves a successful defence of the US Open as perhaps his best chance of a second Slam. In the future tennis betting on Flushing Meadows this year, Thiem is a 6/1 chance to retain his crown.

Although he is a shorter price than that in the French Open market, there remains the irresistible force of Nadal standing in his way. Thiem’s time may come at Roland Garros, but only when the sublime Spaniard is on the wane or retired.

With Nadal turning 35 and Federer 40 this year, father time will catch up to both tennis greats eventually. Whether the main beneficiary of that is Djokovic, Thiem or some other player remains to be seen.

Prospects of another Grand Slam title hinge on Nadal not being the force of old on clay or defeating Djokovic. Thiem has pushed the superstars of the sport before, but still has to prove himself against them on the grandest stages in the biggest matches.
