The Open GDF Suez 2013 is a Premier level WTA event that takes place in Paris, France from January 28 to February 3. Last year’s champion Angelique Kerber of Germany won’t be back to defend the title but 2011 winner Petra Kvitova will be in the event as the tournament second seed. Leading the competitors is Sara Errani of Italy who just came from a Grand Slam doubles victory at the Australian Open.
