The 2013 Davis Cup Slovak Republic vs Sweden Group I Playoff match will take place from September 13 to 15 at the Aegon Arena, Bratislava, Slovak Republic. The winning team will will remain in Group I by 2014 Davis Cup competition while the losing nation will face Denmark in the final relegation face-off scheduled in October 2013.
