The US Open Men’s Final will feature good friends Novak Djokovic and Stan Wawrinka. World number one Novak Djokovic is gunning for his third US Open title and 13th Grand Slam while Wawrinka is aiming for a third Grand Slam.
This is Djokovic’s seventh final in New York while this is Wawrinka’s first. Their head to head record is a bit lopsided with the Serbian posting a 19-4 record against the Swiss. This will be their first meeting this season. Last year, Djokovic won three of their four meetings while Wawrinka’s lone win was at the final of the Roland Garros.
Winner: Novak Djokovic in five sets.
